Ryan - Snow and Ice

SNOWPOCALYPSE IN GA

Ryan for the few moments he was outside on Day 1 of the Snowpocalypse
I titled this one Snow and Ice because of the big weather event we had on Sunday evening, but I should have titled it Fire and Ice because Ryan is on fire! His two bottom teeth are poking through, and he's getting quite skilled at picking up his own food.

He is also more emotional and has started a little separation anxiety and a preference for his mommy.  He cries when brought towards his bedroom for naps/bedtime and for some reason now cries when he is placed on the changing table.

As for Ryan's illness, he continues to cough and sneeze, and wiping his nose is loads of fun. (No, I am being sarcastic-trying to wipe his nose is not fun at all-he fights it big time, and we do it often).

Well, let's get right to why you come here - VIDEOS AND PICS of Ry Ry the Superguy!
Below are some special videos and pics from the last week.  I have included 3 non-Ryan videos for you to see the impact of the snow & ice on our lives.  It is very exciting for the Southerners, as we don't see this much in GA.

Ryan's videos (the reason you are all really here):

Here is our skillful son using his very special eating technique.  I think this is so cool.  Note...he prefers his left hand at this point:

Ryan rolling around as main mode of transportation:

Videos of the Snowpocalypse: (for WI family to laugh at and FL family to applaud our bravery)
Southereners sledding - this is the hill right across from our house - I did it! So fun, but not on this video that I was shooting:

Ike in the snow (sad, just sad...poor dog hates going out with or without his winter gear) - listen and you can here this person wipe out and fall on his back-I shout out to him during the video:

Cute pics from this week:
Playing with Daddy - he was work-from-homebound for 3 days because of terrible road condtions.  We have 11 plows for all of Atlanta, and one got stuck on the interstate...ha, ha. A slag truck with three men and shovels came to our street yesterday.  Whoo-hoo! Daddy did our driveway, of course!

Emptying my basket-one of my favorite things to do. I just pile it all up in my lap.

Too stinkin' cute-playing with Mommy in my tunnel.

Breakfast today - note his Cheerio mole.
Lunch today - Avocado on my face!!
All and all, an exciting week. Although "trapped" in our home for 3-4 days, we are doing well! We live in an awesome neighborhood with great friends (really, it is wonderful), and we continue to marvel at our son's rapid development and growth.  LOVE YOU ALL - STAY WARM!
