Ryan - Summer is over

Ryan at the Riverside sprayground
The cool temps have arrived, and summer is over.  sniff, sniff!  We had so much fun.  The summer kicked off with Ryan's first birthday party. It seems like just a few weeks ago.  Other than the short trip to Canada in early June, we did not go anywhere this summer save a day trip to the mountains the weekend before last.

It was still a great summer.  We stayed close to home and participated in many Moms Club activities & our neighborhood playgroup.  We even had a visitor or two.  We also have had the garden to tend to and of course, we were busy going to Gymboree in order to stay out of the heat.

Oh sprayground, how we will miss you.

Finally, I do hope to get the list of Ryan's current vocabulary out in the next blog. It will be a fun review for me.
